随着市场经济机制在改革开放后的建立,市场竞争自然也日益激烈,一些经营者为了获得交易机会以赚取额外或者非法的利益,而不惜铤而走险,进行商业贿赂行为甚至构成商业贿赂犯罪。商业贿赂行为是一种严重的经济腐败现象,它不仅扭曲了公平竞争,与公平竞争的市场规则和法律原则背道而驰,而且败坏了社会风气,与社会文明格格不入,因此,各国的立法和司法都把规制商业贿赂行为作为整治市场竞争环境中的打击重点。
With the establishment of the market economy mechanism after the reform and opening up, competition in the market is naturally becoming more and more fierce.
