结核性泪腺炎是一种比较少见的眼病,我院曾遇到一例,报告如下: 刘××,男,26岁,教师,河北省灵寿县人。主诉:右眼上睑外侧近眶缘处长一肿物两月余,无疼痛。于1979年6月30日住我院。患者一般情况好,心肺未见异常,全身浅层淋巴结无明显肿大。右眼睑外侧近眶缘处有一肿物,约2×2厘米,压之无疼痛,较硬,不活动,与眶上缘粘连。无眼球突出、上睑下垂及眼球运动障碍。化验血沉30毫米/第一小时。

The right eyelid near the lateral orbital margin at a tumor, about 2 × 2 cm, no pressure pain, harder, inactive, and adhesion of the superior orbital margin. No eyeball prominent, ptosis and eye movement disorders. Laboratory ESR 30 mm / first hour.
