对25个北高丛蓝莓品种的种子特性进行了研究。结果表明:蓝莓品种之间种子形态特征和萌芽特征均存在显著差异。种子长度、宽度、长宽比、千粒质量变异系数分别为9.40%、8.54%、7.02%和24.78%。种子开始萌发时间、结束萌发时间、平均萌发时间变异系数分别为12.38%、22.22%和4.90%。种子萌芽率变异程度较大,变异系数为52.58%。其中米德、爱国者、日出种子萌芽率高于其他品种,分别为77.3%、73.3%和60.7%。研究结果为蓝莓栽培和育种提供了科学依据。
The seed characteristics of 25 North Highland blueberry cultivars were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in seed morphological characteristics and germination characteristics between blueberry cultivars. The coefficient of variation of seed length, width, aspect ratio and grain yield were 9.40%, 8.54%, 7.02% and 24.78% respectively. The germination time, the germination time and the average germination time variation coefficient of seeds were 12.38%, 22.22% and 4.90% respectively. The degree of seed germination variability is larger, the coefficient of variation is 52.58%. Among them, Mead, Patriot, Sunrise seed germination rate is higher than other varieties, respectively 77.3%, 73.3% and 60.7%. The results provide a scientific basis for blueberry cultivation and breeding.
