本文提出一种利用四探针原理的微波极化干涉仪。四探针系统由两个T形波导分支和一个串连在其间的可调移相器替代。该干涉仪,特别适用于测量瞬变等离子体的参量,并具有同时显示等离子体的传输,反射和带极座标原点的极化特性的能力。在频率10GHz和35GHz下,用日光灯作瞬态放电实验的照片是清晰的。
In this paper, we propose a microwave polarization interferometer using four-probe principle. The four-probe system is replaced by two T-waveguide branches and an adjustable phase shifter in series. The interferometer is particularly suitable for measuring transient plasma parameters and has the ability to simultaneously display plasma transmission, reflection and polarization characteristics with polar coordinate origin. At frequencies of 10 GHz and 35 GHz, pictures of transient discharge experiments with fluorescent lamps are clear.
