乙酰螺旋霉素是大环内酯类抗生素,主要由单乙酰螺旋霉素(Ⅱ+Ⅲ)和双乙酰螺旋霉素(Ⅱ+Ⅲ)组成。为保证乙酰螺旋霉素片中乙酰螺旋霉素组分的含量,在中国药典(2000年版)中,检查项下增加乙酰螺旋霉素组分测定这一项。本文按中国药典规定的方法对本公司生产的乙酰螺旋霉素片进行组分测定时发现按不同的标示量表示方法进行计算对结果有严重的影响。
Acetylspiramycin is a macrolide antibiotic consisting mainly of monoacetylspiramycin (II + III) and diacetylspiramycin (II + III). In order to ensure the content of acetylspiramycin in acetylspiramycin tablets, this item should be checked by adding acetylspiramycin in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2000 edition). In this paper, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia prescribed method for the production of the company acetylspiramycin tablets when the composition was measured according to the different marked amount of the method to calculate the results have a serious impact.
