There has been controversy among developing countries and industrialized countries over the transfer of technology and its management methods. People now pay more and more attention to this issue. The developing countries strive to provide better terms and conditions for the transfer of technology and establish a new international economic order. They hope to accelerate their ability to absorb technology in their respective countries. In 1977, a study was conducted on many factors affecting the various enterprises in developing countries to master technology and management. This study was based on the experience of the “International Senior Executive Service Team”. The “service team” is a group of retired managers from the United States.
