近年来,赤峰市订单农业发展很快,成为农村经济新亮点、农业生产新形式、农民增收新方式、涉农龙头企业发展新路子。订单农业实现了生产要素与社会资源的优化配置,但其发展亟须金融支持。本课题通过赤峰市订单农业的模式效应案例,进一步分析了当前发展订单农业的金融需求及制约因素,并提出相关政策建议。
In recent years, orders for agriculture in Chifeng City has developed rapidly and has become a new bright spot in rural economy, a new form of agricultural production, a new way for farmers to increase their incomes, and a new way for agricultural-oriented leading enterprises to develop. Order agriculture to achieve the optimal allocation of production factors and social resources, but its development urgently needs financial support. This topic through the case of Chifeng order agriculture model effects, further analysis of the current development of agricultural orders for the financial needs and constraints, and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
