产前诊断采用羊膜穿刺术,由于其流产风险率低使这一技术得到推广。用超声导引可使施术者准确进针,手术简便、安全。 4527例孕妇,分为经胎盘与未经胎盘两组作对照,在妊娠15～16周时实施,4491例为单胎妊娠,35例双胎妊娠,1例三胎妊娠,母亲平均年龄33.2岁。用3.5MHz活检探针和20号针头超声引导,每次成功采集羊膜液20ml,59例为轻度血性液与经胎盘穿刺
