目的研究孕期饮食运动指导干预妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法 40例妊娠期糖尿病患者,利用计算机表法将其分成研究组和参照组,各20例。参照组患者实施常规护理措施,研究组患者实施常规护理措施加孕期饮食运动指导干预措施。对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果干预后,研究组患者的甘油三酯、血清胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白水平分别为(1.41±0.34)、(4.41±0.63)、(2.14±0.71)、(2.41±0.38)、(1.31±0.42)mmol/L,均优于参照组的(1.71±0.62)、(6.41±0.73)、(1.72±0.54)、(3.63±0.46)、(2.19±0.67)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、血清瘦素、血清脂联素、趋化素水平分别为(0.81±0.11)、(2.23±0.38)、(1.45±0.42)、(5.81±0.83)pg/L,均优于参照组的(1.41±0.13)、(3.15±0.72)、(1.91±0.69)、(7.81±1.63)pg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将孕期饮食运动指导干预应用在妊娠期糖尿病患者临床治疗中能够获得较为良好的临床效果,可调节并控制妊娠期糖尿病患者的血脂水平以及脂肪因子水平。
Objective To study the clinical effect of dietary exercise guidance during pregnancy on gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Forty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into study group and reference group by using the computer table method, and each group had 20 cases. The reference group of patients to implement routine care measures, the study group patients to implement routine nursing interventions dietary exercise intervention interventions. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients clinical effect. Results After intervention, the levels of triglyceride, serum cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and apolipoproteins in the study group were (1.41 ± 0.34), (4.41 ± 0.63) and (2.14 ± 0.71) , (2.41 ± 0.38) and (1.31 ± 0.42) mmol / L respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the reference group (1.71 ± 0.62, 6.41 ± 0.73, 1.72 ± 0.54, 3.63 ± 0.46, 2.19 ± 0.67, ) mmol / L, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After intervention, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, serum leptin, serum adiponectin and chemokines were (0.81 ± 0.11), (2.23 ± 0.38), (1.45 ± 0.42) and (5.81 ± 0.83) pg / L were significantly higher than those in the reference group (1.41 ± 0.13, 3.15 ± 0.72, 1.91 ± 0.69 and 7.81 ± 1.63 pg / L, respectively). Conclusions The application of pregnancy-induced exercise guidance in clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus patients can achieve better clinical effect, regulate and control the blood lipid level and adipokines level in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.
