曾熙的“天机论”

“天机”是中国古代文艺理论中的一个重要概念。陆机《文赋》中对“天机”的论述是“若夫应感之会……来不可遏,去不可止……”。在书画理论领域,“天机”是有着强烈审美势能的美学理念,蕴含着宇宙造化的生命感。曾熙的书法理论中对“天机”的表述虽然不多,但有着丰富的内涵。曾熙的“天机论”并非只强调作书时“来不可遏,去不可止”的灵感思维,更是书家作为审美主体的灵性与外在物象偶然遇合的产物。曾熙认为,书法中的“天机”首先要暗合“古 ”Secret machine “ is an important concept in ancient Chinese literature and art theory.
