当前,汶川地震受灾地区以农民自建为主要方式的农房重建规模日益扩大,但是多数农民缺乏农房建筑抗震知识和技能,当地指导监督农房重建的技术人员严重不足。为提高重建农房的抗震性能和质量,保护人民群众生命和财产安全,住房和城乡建设部日前发出通知,要求各地对口支援省(市)建设厅(委),组织派遣技术人员指导灾区农房重建的工作。
At present, the scale of farmland reconstruction with peasant self-construction as the main mode is increasing day by day in the areas affected by the Wenchuan earthquake.
