目的 为了探讨免疫球蛋白超家族分子CD5 4(细胞间粘附分子 1)在恶性淋巴增殖性疾病的表达及其意义。方法 用免疫荧光方法检测 2 4例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (acutelymphoblasticleukemia ,ALL) ,15例多发性骨髓瘤 (multi plemyeloma ,MM) ,2 6例非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤 (non Hodgkinslymphoma ,NHL) ,4例慢性淋巴细胞白血病 (chroniclymphocyticleukemia ,CLL) ,4例霍杰金氏淋巴瘤 (Hodgkinslymphoma)及 16例正常人造血干细胞CD+ 3 4细胞表面CD5 4的表达。结果 ( 1)除多发性骨髓瘤、霍杰金氏淋巴瘤外 ,非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤、慢性淋巴细胞白血病、急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞膜表面CD5 4表达低于正常造血细胞CD+ 3 4细胞 (分别为 12 .9± 5 .7%、10 .2± 2 .8%、11.2± 5 .8%VS47.7± 12 .1%)。 ( 2 )细胞间粘附分子 1与细胞类型有关 ,在T ALL表达明显低于B ALL表达。 ( 3) )细胞间粘附分子 1与非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤 (NHL)部分临床特征有相关性 ,有结外病变、骨髓浸润、Ⅳ期患者表达水平下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 不同的恶性淋巴增殖性疾病粘附分子CD5 4的表达存在不同的改变并与NHL临床特征有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of the immunoglobulin superfamily CD5 4 (intercellular adhesion molecule 1) in malignant lymphoproliferative disorders. Methods Immunofluorescence was used to detect 24 cases of acute lymphocyte leukemia (ALL), 15 cases of multiple myeloma (MM), 26 cases of non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL), 4 Cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), 4 cases of Hodgkins lymphoma and 16 cases of normal human hematopoietic stem cell CD+34 cell surface CD5 4 expression. Results (1) In addition to multiple myeloma and Hodgkin’s lymphoma, the surface CD5 4 expression of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia was lower than that of normal hematopoietic cells CD+34 cells ( They were 12.9±5.7%, 10.2±2.8%, 11.2±5.8%, and VS47.7±12.1%, respectively). (2) Intercellular adhesion molecule 1 is related to cell type. The expression of T ALL was significantly lower than that of B ALL. (3) Intercellular adhesion molecule 1 was associated with clinical features of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), with extranodal lesions, bone marrow infiltration, and decreased expression levels in patients with stage IV (P < 0.05). . Conclusion There are different changes in the expression of adhesion molecule CD5 4 in different malignant lymphoproliferative diseases and are related to the clinical features of NHL.
