刚才,国务院召开了全国农村非典型肺炎防治工作电视电话会议,温家宝总理作了重要讲话,吴仪副总理对贯彻落实会议精神提出了明确的要求。我体会到,温家宝总理的重要讲话,既进一步明确了防治非典型肺炎工作(以下简称防非典)的任务和责任,又明确了防非典工作的重大措施,具有很强的操作性。我还体会到,这次会议尽管是对农村防非典工作的部署,但对海南城乡防非典工作均有重要的意义。因此,我们要认真贯彻落实这次会议精神,采取更加有力的措施,全力以赴搞好全省防非典工作。
Earlier, the State Council held a video-telephone conference on prevention and treatment of SARS in the entire country. Premier Wen Jiabao made an important speech. Vice Premier Wu Yi set forth clear requirements for implementing the spirit of the conference. I realized that Premier Wen Jiabao’s important speech not only further clarified the tasks and responsibilities for the prevention and treatment of SARS (hereinafter referred to as SARS), but also made clear the major measures for preventing SARS and had strong operability. I also understand that this conference, despite the deployment of the SARS prevention work in rural areas, is of great significance to the work of SARS prevention in urban and rural areas of Hainan. Therefore, we must conscientiously implement the spirit of this meeting and take more vigorous measures to go all out to do a good job in preventing SARS in the province.
