Outsourcing enterprises in the undertaking of offshore outsourcing business lurk a series of risks. The establishment of offshore outsourcing risk funds can enhance the strength and level of China’s service outsourcing enterprises to resist various risks. This article objectively analyzes the external conditions for the establishment of offshore outsourcing risk funds and discusses how to strengthen the management of offshore outsourcing risk funds.
