Aplastic anemia causes a variety of theories, many studies have found that immune abnormalities play an important role in the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia. To further explore the relationship between aplastic anemia and immune disorders, we studied the function and quantity of T cells in patients with aplastic anemia. To understand the function of total T cells in patients with aplastic anemia, the authors compared the lymphocyte transformation rates in 11 patients with aplastic anemia and 12 healthy controls using ~ 3H-TdR incorporation. The ConA-stimulated conversion rate was 17860 ± 13341 cpm in patients with aplastic anemia, There was no significant difference between the two groups (t = 0.293, P> 0.05). The conversion rate of PHA stimulated by aplastic anemia was 8448 ± 10135cpm, which was not significantly different from the normal control (10354 ± 11741cpm)
