Cr12MoV 是最常用的冷作模具钢,但如采用直接加热到淬火温度,然后直接油淬的工艺,易使工件变形超差,或者早期失效。为避免以上缺点,可以采取分段加热和分级淬火的工艺,但这需要较完备的热处理设施,对于许多条件不具备、缺乏盐浴炉的小厂和车间是很困难的。我厂采用的简易分级淬火工艺,设备要求低,效果也较好,现介绍于下,以供热处理条件不齐备的工厂,尤其是乡镇企业参考应用。具体工艺步骤如下:(1)750~800℃预热:将工件用木炭
