虽然互联网巨头在国内运营,可一大半利润却流入海外,中国经济升级的推动力未免要打折。上市前夕,阿里巴巴估值大涨。季报显示,2013年第四季度阿里营收同比大增66%,达30.58亿美元;毛利23.7亿美元,增长了73%;而净利润更飙升110%达到13.6亿美元,基于12位市场分析师的平均预计,阿里巴巴集团的估值达到1680亿美元。其上市将是继Facebook之后全球最大的IPO。上市之最大赢家,除了马云团队,是软银和雅虎。
Although the Internet giants operate in China, most of the profits have flowed overseas, and the driving force for China’s economic upgrading has to be discounted. On the eve of the listing, Alibaba’s valuation has soared. Quarterly report shows that in the fourth quarter of 2013, Alibaba’s revenue increased by 66% year-on-year to US$3.058 billion; gross profit was US$2.37 billion, an increase of 73%; and net profit soared by 110% to US$1.36 billion, based on 12 market analysts. The average estimate of Alibaba Group’s valuation reached 168 billion US dollars. Its listing will be the world’s largest IPO after Facebook. The biggest winner of the listing, except Ma Yun team, is Softbank and Yahoo.
