在电力体制改革不断深人的新形势下,大型用电企业面临诸多供、用电环节的政策和技术交流等方面的问题。为了适应新的改革环境,共同解决用电企业面临的问题,共同发展,中国电力企业联台会将联合石油、化工.铝业、钢铁、水泥、汽车等犬型用电行业共同组建面向大型用电企业的技术协作网。在有关部门和各大型用电企业的大力支持下,2006年7月26日,大型用电企业技术协作网筹备座谈会在北京顺利召开。中国电力企业联台会副理事长孙玉才、中国电力企业联合会科技服务中心主任李玉生、国家发展与改革委员会经济运行局电力处夏鑫主管、国家电力监管委员会供电监管部用电处邢翼腾主管,以及来自石油、石化、铝业、煤矿、汽车等大型用电行业,共计8个管理单位及11个基层单位的专家和代表参加了此次会议。会上,孙玉才理事长、李玉生主任、夏鑫主管、邢翼腾主管,以及来自中石油、中石化、中铝业、山西潞安矿业(集团)有限责任公司、东风汽车集团的领导和专家分别围绕组建大型用电企业技术协作网的必要性进行了深入探讨,并对“协作网章程”(初稿)提出了修改意见。
