目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。方法用自拟养阴益肾汤（石斛、生地、熟地、北沙参、玉竹、天花粉、黄连、桑螵蛸、山茱萸、鲜兔肉、冬瓜皮、丹参、益母草、当归）加西医降糖降压，治疗糖尿病肾病８２例，并与单纯西医治疗组４０例对照观察。结果中西医结合治疗后血糖下降及尿蛋白消减均明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Methods With the proposed Yangyin Yishen Decoction (Dendrobium, habitat, Rehmannia, Radix Notoginseng, Polygonatum, TCS, Coptis chinensis, Morus alba, dogwood, fresh rabbit meat, melon skin, Salvia, Motherwort, Angelica) plus Western medicine hypoglycemic Antihypertensive treatment of 82 cases of diabetic nephropathy, and Western medicine treatment group and 40 cases of controlled observation. Results After the combination of TCM and WM, the blood glucose and proteinuria were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Integrative treatment of diabetic nephropathy significant effect.
