目的:探讨止嗽散加味配合西药治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将慢性支气管炎急性发作的70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组在止嗽散加味的基础上配合西医疗法,对照组仅给予西医疗法。结果:治疗组痊愈5例,显效10例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率91.42%,对照组痊愈3例,显效7例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率71.43%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:止嗽散加味配合西药治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zhisowan Sanwei combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods: Seventy patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). The treatment group was given western medicine on the basis of Zhaosan Sanwei, while the control group only gave Western medical treatment. Results: In the treatment group, 5 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.42%. In the control group, 3 cases were cured, 7 cases markedly effective, 15 effective and 10 ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.43%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhisowanwei flavored with Western medicine treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis significant effect.
