0.1%亚硒酸钠0.026ml/kg给12日龄大鼠一次性sc造成硒性白内障模型,用裂隙灯镜检分级记分,扫描电镜微观形态分析,测定晶体MDA含量及不溶性和高分子量蛋白病理生化测定等多项指征进行综合评价和分析,证实该模型成功率在90%以上,为考察药物对不同类型白内障的防治作用奠定基础。
