为了推动我国隧道掘进机产业的发展,中国岩石力学与工程学会成立了以学会副理事长钱七虎院士为核心的推进掘进机产业应用与产业化工作组,发出了本倡议书,并由钱七虎院士联合其他十余位政协委员在2002年3月全国政协九届五次会议上递交了以本倡议为基础的提案,在全国范围内产生了较大影响。
In order to promote the development of the tunnel boring machine industry in China, the Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering established the Working Group for the Industrial Application and Industrialization of Borehole Driving Machines, which is based on Academician Qian Qihu, Vice-President of the Society, and issued this proposal. Academician Qi Hu, together with more than a dozen members of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, submitted a proposal based on this initiative at the fifth session of the Ninth National People’s Political Consultative Conference in March 2002, which has had a major impact across the country.
