各有关单位: 根据机委科[1987]89号文的精神,制定了《国家机械委计算机软件登记工作实施细则》(试行),现印发试行,凡机械委系统的各单位(或个人)都有责任登记其所开发的计算机软件产品。《国家机械委计算机软件登记工作管理办法》(试行)中第12条规定:“取得流通证书的软件,方有资格参加国家机械委优秀软件的评选和申报科技进步奖”。(目前暂用登记卡代替流通证书)请各单位领导给予重视,抓紧本单位的软件登记申报工作,同时,为参加委本年度的优秀软件评选工作做
