采用测电机输入功率的方法来测定起重机的起重量，对重量信号的测试原理进行改进，给出数学模型、信号处理软件框图及样机测试结果，以此说明改进设计的可行性和先进性。
Using the method of measuring the motor input power to measure the lifting capacity of the crane, the testing principle of the weight signal is improved. The mathematical model, the signal processing software block diagram and the prototype test results are given to illustrate the feasibility and advancement of the improved design.
