辽西蓟县系雾迷山组发育两层震积岩，分别位于雾迷山组一段的中上部及二段的下部，其表现形式为碳酸盐岩中的振动液化泥晶脉及少量层内褶曲，可视为一个主地震活跃期的两次地震事件，为区内首次发现，填补了区内震积岩的空白。地震事件与大陆板块的开裂与拼接有着直接的联系，本次震积岩的发现，对燕山裂陷槽的开裂与扩张，提供了有利证据，对中朝准地台的板块活动解释起着一定作用。
Two layers of seismite are developed in the Wumishan Formation of the Jixian system in the western Liaoning Province, which are respectively located in the middle and upper part of the first member of the Wumishan Formation and the lower part of the second member. The manifestations are vibrating liquefied clay vein and a few layers of folds in the carbonate rock , Which can be regarded as two earthquakes during the active phase of the main earthquake. This was the first discovery in the area that filled the gap of seismite in the area. The earthquake events are directly related to the cracking and splicing of the continental plate. The discovery of this seismite rock provided favorable evidence for the cracking and expansion of the Yanshan rift trough, and played a certain role in the interpretation of plate activities by the China-North Korea quasi- effect.
