一、前言 热喷涂工艺,具有高速度、高效率、成本低等优点。喷镀(焊)层具有各种特殊性能,如耐磨、耐蚀等,所以热喷涂工艺是目前国家重点推广的新工艺之一。 中国机械工程学会焊接学会热喷涂与堆焊分委员会,在1982年10月召开的“热喷涂与堆焊学术方向讨论会”上,提出来在近期内积极开展热喷涂材料的研究,尽快实现热喷涂工艺规范化,以及深入进行热喷涂基础理论的研究(包括粉粒的行为、涂层结合机理、界面理论、涂层性能等)。但要正确开展上述各项工作,必须掌握喷镀(焊)层的组织学及喷涂层的强化机
