目的 探讨经尿道膀胱镜腔内会师治疗尿道球部损伤的临床意义。 方法 回顾分析 1995年 2月至2 0 0 0年 12月 ,18例腔内会师治疗尿道球部损伤的临床资料。 结果 15例经尿道膀胱镜下会师获治愈 ,随访 3月～ 5年 ,疗效满意。 3例失败改行开放性尿道修补术。 结论 骑跨伤致尿道球部损伤多为尿道不完全断裂。经尿道膀胱镜腔内会师术是一种行之有效的治疗方法 ,具有手术时间短 ,操作方便 ,创伤小等优点
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of transurethral cystoscopy in the treatment of urethral bulb injury. Methods From February 1995 to December 2010, 18 cases of endometriosis for the treatment of urinary tract injury clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 15 cases underwent transurethral cystoscopy to be cured, followed up for 3 months to 5 years, with satisfactory results. Three cases failed to switch to open urethral repair. Conclusion Injury of the urethra caused by riding injury is mostly incomplete urethral rupture. Transurethral cystoscopy will be an effective method of treatment, with the advantages of short operation time, easy operation and less trauma
