目的 对奥美拉唑(OM)致低胃酸的人体与动物模型进行矿物质与微量元素(钙、磷、镁与锌) 吸收,以及血浆β胡萝卜素水平的研究。方法与结果 实验一( 全胃肠道灌洗吸收法) 表明,健康成人口服OM(40mg/d,共9 天),及给以外源性盐酸(0 .1 M,120ml) 后,均不影响食物中矿物质的吸收;实验二发现,口服OM(40mg,每日2 次,共9 天) 后,人体血清中总的β胡萝卜素水平升高反应低于对照组;实验三提示,上述OM 剂量致低胃酸时,小肠细菌过度生长,但细菌并未与β胡萝卜素结合而干扰其肠内吸收;实验四表明,OM 诱致低胃酸并不影响大鼠肠道锌吸收。结论 这些实验结果提示膳食中的H+ 可能具有代偿低胃酸对营养素吸收影响的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the absorption of minerals and trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc) in human and animal models of omeprazole-induced hypoglycemia, and to study the plasma levels of β-carotene. Methods and Results Experiment 1 (total gastrointestinal lavage absorption method) showed that OM (40 mg / d for 9 days) and exogenous hydrochloric acid (0.1 M, 120 ml) were not affected by OM In the second experiment, it was found that the increase of total β-carotene level in human serum was lower than that of the control group after oral administration of OM (40mg twice daily for 9 days). Experiment 3 suggested that the above mentioned OM dose hypoglycemic, intestinal bacterial overgrowth, but the bacteria did not combine with β-carotene and interfere with its intestinal absorption; Experiment IV showed that OM induced low gastric acid does not affect intestinal zinc absorption in rats. Conclusions These results suggest that dietary H + may have a compensatory effect on the absorption of nutrients by hypoacidic acids.
