目的了解晋江市2011-2012年市售蔬菜中铅、镉、汞污染现状。方法按照国家标准GB 5009.12-2010、GB/T 5009.15-2003和GB/T 5009.17-2003分别检测蔬菜中铅、镉、汞含量,按照GB 2762-2005中相关产品标准要求进行评价。结果 2011年晋江市市售蔬菜中铅、镉、汞的检出率分别为20.0%、22.5%和12.5%,合格率分别为100.0%、100.0%和95.0%;2012年铅、镉、汞的检出率分别为62.5%、42.5%和22.5%,合格率分别92.5%、100.0%和92.5%。结论我市市售蔬菜中铅、镉、汞含量多数符合国家标准,受污染情况不太严重,但是潜在风险依然存在,仍需引起相关部门的关注和重视。
Objective To understand the current status of the pollution of lead, cadmium and mercury in vegetables in Jinjiang from 2011 to 2012. Methods The contents of lead, cadmium and mercury in vegetables were determined according to national standards GB 5009.12-2010, GB / T 5009.15-2003 and GB / T 5009.17-2003, respectively, and evaluated according to the requirements of GB 2762-2005. Results The detection rates of lead, cadmium and mercury in vegetables sold in Jinjiang City in 2011 were 20.0%, 22.5% and 12.5%, respectively.
