目的:探讨医院制剂鱼芩解毒丸的体外抗HIV-1病毒活性。方法:采用MTT比色法检测鱼芩解毒丸的细胞毒性;采用细胞病变法检测鱼芩解毒丸对HIV-1急性感染的抑制活性;采用HIV-1Ⅲ_B慢性感染细胞的p24抗原表达抑制实验检测鱼芩解毒丸的抗H1V-1活性。结果:鱼芩解毒丸抑制HIV-1Ⅲ_B诱导C8166细胞形成合胞体的EC_(50)为0.035~0.070 mg·mL~(-1),治疗指数为42.79~57.03 mg·mL~(-1);鱼芩解毒丸抑制HIV-1Ⅲ_B感染C8166的p24抗原表达的EC_(50)为0.070~0.090 mg·mL~(-1),治疗指数22.82~28.51 mg·mL~(-1)。结论:鱼芩解毒丸具有一定的抗HIV-1活性。
Objective: To investigate the anti-HIV-1 virus activity of hospital preparation Yuqin Jiedu pill in vitro. Methods: MTT assay was used to detect the cytotoxicity of Yuqin Jiedu pill; the inhibition effect of Yuqin Jiedu pill on acute infection of HIV-1 was detected by cytopathic effect; p24 antigen expression inhibition test was used to detect the expression of p24 antigen in HIV-1 Ⅲ-B infected cells Qinlian poison pill anti-H1V-1 activity. Results: The EC 50 value of Yuqin Jiedu pill inhibiting HIV-1Ⅲ-B induced C8166 cells to form syncytia was 0.035 ~ 0.070 mg · mL -1, and the therapeutic index was 42.79 ~ 57.03 mg · mL -1. Fish The EC50 of p24 antigen that inhibits HIV-1Ⅲ_B infection by C8166 was 0.070-0.090 mg · mL -1 and the therapeutic index was 22.82-28.51 mg · mL -1. Conclusion: Yuqin Jiedu pill has some anti-HIV-1 activity.
