作为研究反向遗传学的重要方法之一的病毒诱导的基因沉默(virus induced gene silencing,VIGS),因其实验周期短、成本较低、高效且高通量等优点被科研工作者广泛应用在植物中。近些年,番茄作为一种模式植物,VIGS技术在番茄抗病育种中也取得了一些进展。近些年来有关VIGS技术的综述主要着重介绍其在植物抗逆、生长发育以及代谢调控等方面的应用。为了进一步的探究VIGS在植物中的应用,本综述从VIGS的机理、发展、载体的选择、影响因素及其在几种番茄真菌病害的应用进行综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
As one of the important methods to study reverse genetics, virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS) has been widely used by researchers due to its short experimental period, low cost, high efficiency and high throughput Plant. In recent years, tomato as a model plant, VIGS technology has made some progress in the disease-resistant breeding of tomatoes. In recent years, the review of VIGS technology mainly focuses on its application in plant resistance, growth and development, and metabolic regulation. In order to further explore the application of VIGS in plants, this review summarized the mechanism and development of VIGS, the selection of carriers, their influencing factors and their applications in several tomato fungal diseases. The prospects of their application are also summarized.
