宫腔内节育器是简便而有效的避孕方法,目前已被广泛采用。根据国内各地报告,其成功率均达80—90%,尤以金属环的效果最高,失败率最低,但是,金属环的脱落率也较高。1963年天津市中心妇产科医院分析6年内1000例各型避孕环的结果,其中金属环各期脱落率达16.06%。针对以上情况,天津市于今年2月,试制两种宫腔内节育器,一种为金属双套环(图1、2),另一种为金属蔴花环(图3、4、5),这两种避孕器均用31号进口不锈钢丝盘绕套叠,或扭成蔴花状圆环,直径分别为1.5或2毫米,按粗细分为大、中、小3号。两者试用于临床,轻短时间观察的结果皆较金属单环的效果为优。(图见127、126页)
IUD is a simple and effective method of contraception, has been widely used.
