Male SD rats were divided into four groups: Ⅰ (A1), Ⅱ (F), Ⅲ (Al: F = 2.3:1) and Ⅳ (Al: F = 1: 2.3). After oral administration, the common symptoms of orbital bleeding caused by aluminum poisoning were observed in rats in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ, and the distribution of death time was similar, indicating that there was a large amount of Al absorption and aluminum toxicity in the intake of high aluminum and low fluoride. The improved equivalence line method was used to evaluate the effect of combined action. It showed that the two ratios of aluminum and fluoride were antagonistic, but the antagonism of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅳ, suggesting that the anti-fluorosis effect of aluminum did not increase with the increase of aluminum content.
