【目的】玉米自交系桂39722是广西农科院玉米研究所选育的优质、高产、高配、多抗玉米自交系,是2012年通过广西审定的玉米单交种桂单0810的母本;研究和探讨玉米自交系桂39722的产量、果穗性状及其感病株率与种植密度间的关系可为桂39722优质高产繁殖及桂单0810优质高产制种提供科学依据。【方法】2013年在广西农科院明阳基地采用完全随机区组设计,7个种植密度处理(57 000株/hm2、63 000株/hm2、69 000株/hm2、75 000株/hm2、81 000株/hm2、87 000株/hm2、93 000株/hm2),4次重复对桂39722进行了密度试验。【结果】结果表明:桂39722的产量随种植密度的增加逐渐增加,当密度达75 000株/hm2(5 000株/亩)时,产量最高5 662.95 kg/hm2(377.53 kg/亩),以后随种植密度的增加逐渐下降。穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、千粒重随种植密度的增加逐渐下降;空秆率、感病株率随种植密度的增加逐渐增大。相关分析结果表明:密度与产量、株高、穗位高、秃尖长、空秆率、青枯病和纹枯病呈显著正相关效应,与穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、千粒重呈极显著负相关效应;产量与穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、千粒重呈负相关效应,但不显著。【结论】综合产量及千粒重、感病株率等因素,桂单0810制种时母本的最佳制种种植密度为72 000~78 000株/hm2(4 800~5 200株/亩);在该种植密度条件下,不仅可确保桂单0810的制种产量,而且可确保其种子生产质量。实践表明:当桂单0810制种时母本的种植密度为70 695~80 535株/hm2(4 713~5 369株/亩)时,平均产量达6141.45 kg/hm2(409.41 kg/亩)。
【Objective】 Maize inbred line Gui 39722 is a high quality, high yield, high yield and multi-resistance maize inbred line selected by Institute of Maize, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is the female parent of Gui Dan 0810 Studying and discussing the relationship between yield, ear traits and the susceptible plant rate and planting densities of maize inbred line Gui 39722 can provide scientific basis for high quality and high yielding breeding of Gui 39722 and high quality and high yielding seed production of Gui Dan 0810. 【Method】 In 2013, a complete randomized block design was conducted in Mingyang Base of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Seven planting density treatments (57 000 / hm 2, 63 000 / hm 2, 69 000 / hm 2, 75 000 / hm 2, 81 000 plants / hm2, 87 000 plants / hm2, 93 000 plants / hm2). The density of Gui 39722 was tested in 4 replicates. 【Result】 The results showed that the yield of Gui 39722 increased gradually with the increase of planting density, and the highest yield was 5 662.95 kg / hm2 (377.53 kg / mu) when the density reached 75 000 plants / hm2 (5000 plants / mu) With the increase of planting density gradually decreased. Spike length, ear diameter, ear number, line grain number and 1000-grain weight decreased with planting densities. The empty stalk rate and susceptible plant rate increased with the increase of planting density. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the density and yield, plant height, ear height, bald length, empty stalk rate, bacterial wilt and sheath blight, and had a significant positive correlation with spike length, ear diameter, ear number, Number and 1000-grain weight had a significant negative correlation effect. The yield had negative correlation with spike length, ear diameter, ear number, grain number and grain weight but not significant. 【Conclusion】 The optimum planting density of female parent was 72 000 ~ 78 000 plants / hm2 (4 800 ~ 5 200 plants / mu) when the grain yield of Guidan 0810 was planted, Under this planting density, it not only ensures the seed production of Guidian 0810, but also ensures its seed production quality. The practice shows that the average yield of 6141.45 kg / hm2 (409.41 kg / mu) when the planting density of Guixian 0810 is 70 695 ~ 80 535 plants / hm2 (4713 ~ 5369 plants / acre).
