牙龈生物型是影响口腔治疗效果的重要因素之一,主要分为薄龈型及厚龈型,它不仅影响种植术后前牙区红白美学的整体效果,而且还影响牙周的治疗效果、固定冠的修复及正畸等治疗.因其发挥着独特的作用,关于它的文献报道也越来越多.目前针对牙龈生物型的测量方法有很多,如:直接法及翻瓣后卡尺测量法等,因各种方法中均有一定的误差,故没有一个公认的有效方法,本文就测量方法及临床应用综述如下.“,”Gingival biotype is one of the important factors that affect the oral treatment effect.It is mainly divided into thin and thick gingival.It not only affects the overall effect of red and white aesthetics in the anterior area of the implant,but also affects the periodontal treatment effect,fixation of the crown and orthodontic treatment.More and more literatures about the gingival biotype are reported because its unique role.At present,there are many ways to measure the gingival biotype,such as direct method,caliper measurement method after gingival flap surgery,etc.Due to none of these methods is absolutely accurate,no measurement method is generally accepted presently.This paper summarizes the measurement methods of the gingival thickness and its clinical applications.
