湛江市赤坎区公费医疗的管理、改革做了大量工作,一年来的实践表明,该区的公医费用比上年下降了23.23％,离休干部人均医疗费支出下降34.04％。政府、卫生、财政、老干、公医部门、享受人员及定点医院满意,保障了干部职工的基本医疗。这些做法不仅公医管理值得学习,对今后的基本医疗保险改革亦是值得学习参考。
A lot of work has been done on the management and reform of public money medical care in Chikan District of Zhanjiang City. The practice in the past year shows that the public medical expenses in the district have decreased by 23.23% compared with the previous year, and the per capita medical expenses of retired cadres has dropped by 34.04%. The satisfaction of the government, health, finance, veterans, public medical departments, staff and designated hospitals ensured the basic medical treatment for cadres and staff. These practices are not only worthwhile for the management of public medical care, but also for future reform of basic medical insurance.
