我校有七十四位教师,中师和高中毕业的三十人,大专毕业的四十四人。过去,我们认为,对前一部分教师,应该组织他们认真进修学习,提高文化业务水平,以适应教学工作的需要。对后一部分教师,因为他们大部分是教学骨干,或已基本胜任教学工作,就认为他们的进修可以慢慢来。实践告诉我们,这个看法是片面的。近几年来,我们反复学习省的进修条例,愈来愈感到,这后一部分教师是学校提高教学质量,带动其他教师进修的骨干力量,只有同时促进他们不断提高,带动全体教师的提高,才能进一步全面
There are 74 teachers in our school, 30 from middle and high schools, and 44 from college. In the past, we believe that for the former teachers, they should be organized to seriously study and improve their cultural business to meet the needs of teaching work. For the latter part of the teachers, because most of them are the backbone of the teaching, or they are basically qualified for teaching work, they think that their studies can slowly come.
