目的利用多层螺旋CT人肠系膜动脉成像与尸体标本上观察的肠系膜动脉进行对照,测量评价肠系膜动脉。方法选取正常人230例,腹部多层螺旋CT增强扫描,将图像进行后处理、三维重建后观测肠系膜动脉,然后对正常肠系膜动脉的多层螺旋CT图像与尸体解剖标本的肠系膜动脉进行分析比较。结果1.活体扫描成像测量人肠系膜动脉,其管径明显大于尸体标本肠系膜动脉测量值(P<0.05);2.肠系膜上动脉和肠系膜下动脉起始位置、分支类型及走行与已有尸体标本的资料结果有较大的差异;3.不同的重建方法各有其优越性,其中,STS-MIP重建能较好地显示肠系膜动脉分支的级别。结论多层螺旋CT增强扫描,通过工作站三维重建能较好地显示肠系膜动脉,并对其进行科学评价,其数据可靠,并可以进行大样本的测量研究。
Objective To evaluate the mesenteric artery by using multi-slice spiral CT human mesenteric artery imaging and the mesenteric artery observed on the body specimens. Methods Two hundred and three normal subjects were selected and scanned with multi-slice helical CT. The images were processed. After three-dimensional reconstruction, the mesenteric artery was observed. Then the mesenteric artery of the normal mesenteric artery was compared with the autopsy specimens. The diameter of mesenteric artery was significantly larger than that of the mesenteric artery measured by biopsy (P <0.05) .2. The location of the superior mesenteric artery and the inferior mesenteric artery, the type and course of the branch and the existing autopsy Of the results there is a big difference; 3 different reconstruction methods have their own advantages, of which, STS-MIP reconstruction can better show the level of mesenteric artery branches. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scan can display mesenteric arteries well by three-dimensional reconstruction of workstation and make scientific evaluation. The data are reliable and can be used for large sample measurement research.
