目的 研究视网膜母细胞瘤（ｒｅｔｉｎｏｂｌａｓｔｏｍ ａ，ＲＢ）中血管内皮生长因子（ｖａｓｃｕｌａｒｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉａｌｇｒｏｗｔｈ ｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＶＥＧＦ）表达与ＲＢ组织学分裂和浸润能力的关系。 方法 应用链霉亲和素蛋白－生物素酶标免疫组织化学方法（ｌａｂｅｌｌｓｔｒｅｐｔａｖｉｄｉｎ ｂｉｏｔｉｎ ｍ ｅｔｈｏｄ，ＬＳＡＢ法），对４０例ＲＢ组织中ＶＥＧＦ的表达进行分析。 结果 分化型ＲＢ（１３例）组织ＶＥＧＦ表达低于未分化型（２７例）（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）；视神经浸润组（１４例）ＶＥＧＦ表达明显高于视神经未浸润组（２６ 例）（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。 结论 ＶＥＧＦ表达与ＲＢ组织学分型及浸润能力相关
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and histological schizophrenia and infiltration in retinoblastoma a (RB). Methods The expression of VEGF in 40 cases of RB was analyzed by streptavidin-biotin immunohistochemical method (LSAB method). Results The expression of VEGF in differentiated type RB (13 cases) was lower than that in undifferentiated type (27 cases) (P <0.05). The VEGF expression in optic nerve infiltration group (14 cases) was significantly higher than that in noninvasive optic nerve group (26 cases) <0.05). Conclusion VEGF expression is correlated with RB histological type and infiltration ability
