农村中学中后进生客观存在是普遍现象,这已成为学生流失的主要原因之一,而且,也严重影响了素质教育的实施。在班级中后进生对班级正常教学秩序有干扰,对良好的班风学风有影响,因此,转化后进生就具有了迫切性和必要性,在此笔者谈谈后进生转化的一些方法。
The objective existence of middle and late school students in rural middle schools is a common phenomenon, which has become one of the main reasons for the loss of students and has seriously affected the implementation of quality education. In the class, the postgraduates have disturbances to the normal teaching order of the class and have an influence on the good class style. Therefore, the transformation of the post-graduation has the urgency and necessity.
