国卫办疾控发[2015]38号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生计生委,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局,中国疾病预防控制中心:2013年印发的《职业病分类和目录》(国卫疾控发[2013]48号)将“艾滋病(限于医疗卫生人员及人民警察)”纳入“职业性传染病”类别。为规范职业暴露感染艾滋病病毒的处理程序,并为艾滋病职业暴露诊断提供依据,我委制定了《职业暴露感染艾滋病病毒处理程序规定》(可从国家卫生计生委网站www.nhfpc.gov.cn下载)。现印发给你们,请遵照执行。
