基于液压桩机原理,通过增加受击夹桩箱及拉杆等结构,设计了新型顶拉式液压动力沉桩机,使受击点在预设范围内;经外加固定隔音层,可降低噪声以适应环境要求.借助AMEsim建立顶拉式沉桩机液压、负载系统模型及相应元件子模块,进行动态仿真研究.结果表明:系统最大打击能量、频率和冲击锤下冲加速度等参数均符合设计要求.针对改变拉杆弹簧刚度参数,分析其对冲击系统的影响,对液压动力沉桩机的研究和开发具有指导意义.
Based on the principle of hydraulic pile driver, a new type of top-pulling hydraulic power pile driver is designed by increasing the structure of the pile-gripped pile and the tie rod so that the point of attack is within the preset range. Noise can be reduced by adding a fixed noise insulation layer Adapting to the environmental requirements.A hydraulic and load system model and corresponding component sub-module of top-pull pile driver are established by means of AMEsim, and the dynamic simulation is carried out.The results show that the maximum strike energy, frequency and impact acceleration of impact hammer meet the design requirements In view of changing the parameters of the spring stiffness of the tie rod and analyzing its impact on the impact system, it is instructive for the research and development of hydraulic power pile driver.
