For the treatment of radiation sickness, especially severe acute radiation sickness, mainly rely on bone marrow transplantation. The application of immunosuppressive agents is the key to successful bone marrow transplantation. The Chinese medicine Tripterygium in the treatment of chronic nephritis (CGN) before and after changes in patients with T lymphocyte subsets, the Chinese medicine-based immunosuppressants to be studied. The dynamic changes of T cell subsets in 77 CGN patients before and after treatment with Tripterygium wilfordii were determined by immunolabeling. The results showed that CGN patients CD3, CD4 percentage of Ming
