目的评价高频彩超对乳腺占位病变定性诊断的应用价值。方法总结2004年1月-2009年9月收治的200例经手术病理证实的乳腺占位病变的高频彩超影像特征,并与病理学结果相比较。结果高频彩超初步定性诊断与病理诊断的符合率为94%(188/200),误诊率为6.0%(12/200)。结论高频彩超检查有助于定性诊断乳腺占位病变。
Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods From January 2004 to September 2009, 200 cases of pathologically confirmed breast lesions were identified by high frequency color Doppler imaging and compared with pathological findings. Results The coincidence rate of initial qualitative diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound was 94% (188/200) and the rate of misdiagnosis was 6.0% (12/200). Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination helps qualitative diagnosis of breast lesions.
