The “ET-1 Expressway Emergency Telephone System” developed by Traffic Engineering Design and Research Institute of Highway Science Research Institute under the Ministry of Communications was put into operation on the 1st of this year on the section of Liaoyang Management of Shenyang-Dalian Expressway.
