为适应海军发展战略转型的需要,探讨建立冰冻红细胞战略储备库建设模式。以军队野战血站为依托,研究建设冰冻红细胞战备库实战化进程中的关键问题。通过对海军建设冰冻红细胞战备库的必要性和可行性的研究,提出建设冰冻红细胞战略储备库的基本模式和建议,为军队卫勤保障决策部门提供理论参考。液态红细胞保存期短,不能满足深蓝海军战伤救治需要,为满足海军实现由近海防御向远海防卫的战略转型,建设冰冻红细胞战略储备库是海军发展的必然选择。
In order to meet the needs of the strategic transformation of the Navy’s development, the establishment of a strategic reserve bank construction mode of frozen red blood cells is discussed. Based on the field blood stations of the army, the key issues in the process of actualizing the construction of the frozen red blood cell war reserve are studied. Through the research on the necessity and feasibility of naval construction of frozen red blood cell war library, this paper puts forward the basic mode and suggestion of building the frozen red blood cell strategic repository, and provides theoretical reference for the military medical security decision-making department. In order to meet the Navy’s strategic transition from coastal defense to distant sea defense, the construction of a strategic reserve of frozen red blood cells is an inevitable choice for the development of the Navy.
