模锻锤汽缸套采用Cч21—40铸铁制造,由于硬度低,使用周期很短,每天按三班生产(第三班为调整班),一般用一年多就磨损6~7毫米。我广使用的10吨模锻锤其汽缸套使用十七个月磨损达15~18毫米,严重影响生产。为此对延长汽缸套使用寿命进行了多方试验,实践证明提高硬度可大大提高其使用寿命。 2吨模锻锤汽缸套(φ440/φ内375×1500毫米)提高硬度(Rc40)后,从1969年使用到1977年只磨损3毫米。 3吨模锻锤汽缸套(φ515/φ内445×1575毫米)提高硬度(Rc30)后,1973年使用
