目的了解四川省自贡市白纹伊蚊幼虫对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为科学选择杀虫剂、制定防蚊灭蚊策略提供依据。方法选择5种常用杀虫剂,采集城区各方位不同生境白纹伊蚊成蚊在实验室饲养繁殖,取Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫采用蚊虫幼虫浸渍法测定不同杀虫剂的LC50,并与敏感品系LC50比较计算抗性倍数(RR)。结果自贡市城区白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷(RR=1.88)敏感,对敌敌畏(RR=19.75)、溴氰菊酯(RR=19.23)呈中抗药性,对高效氯氰菊酯(RR=116.22)、氯菊酯(RR=198.57)呈高抗药性。结论自贡市白纹伊蚊幼虫4种常用杀虫剂产生中抗至高抗水平,对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯产生高抗药性,用药时需注意,在防蚊灭蚊工作中应当科学合理使用卫生杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistant level of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, and to provide basis for selecting pesticides and developing mosquito control strategies. Methods Five kinds of commonly used insecticides were selected to collect adult mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus in different habitats in urban area for breeding in the laboratory. The larvae of stage Ⅳ at the end of the third instar were used to determine the LC50 of different insecticides. The LC50 of the susceptible lines calculated the resistance multiple (RR). Results Aedes albopictus larvae in urban area of Zigong City were sensitive to diphtheria (RR = 1.88), moderately resistant to dichlorvos (RR = 19.75) and deltamethrin (RR = 19.23) , Permethrin (RR = 198.57) showed high resistance. Conclusion Four commonly used insecticides of Aedes albopictus larvae in Zigong have high resistance to high levels and high resistance to beta-cypermethrin and permethrin. It should be noted when using medicine that it should be scientifically and reasonably used in mosquito control and mosquito breeding Pesticide.
