目的探索艾滋病高危行为干预理论模型。方法因地制宜地提出高危行为干预理论模型,对女性商业性工作者(高危人群)进行行为干预。结果初步建立了艾滋病高危行为干预理论模型,其特点是理论先导、实践求证、多学科专家参与、社会力量辅助。结论该理论模型在干预关键环节、干预队伍组建及效果评估等方面发挥了关键性作用。
Objective To explore the theoretical model of high risk behavioral intervention in AIDS. Methods According to local conditions, a theoretical model of high-risk behavioral intervention was proposed to conduct behavioral interventions on female commercial workers (high-risk groups). Results A theoretical model of high risk behavioral intervention for HIV / AIDS was initially established, which is characterized by theoretical guidance, practical verification, multidisciplinary expert participation and social assistance. Conclusion The theoretical model plays a key role in the key aspects of intervention, establishment of intervention teams and evaluation of effectiveness.
