杜乐勋教授是我的卫生经济学启蒙老师。作为学生,大学时聆听过他的教诲;作为朋友,在共同领域进行过学术探讨;作为编辑,曾经编辑过他的文章;我曾梦想有一天能拜在他的门下,成为一名研究生。在交往中我发现:他治学严谨,平易近人,知识渊博,著述颇丰,在学术研究上有创新精神。今年6月,他出席了在台北市举办的“海峡两岸医学交流研讨会”,回国后,记者几次相约,都因他活动较多而未能晤面,直至近日记者在他的办公室采访了他。
